ARABICA FLORES BAJAWA COFFEE

Flores is an area in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. There are two coffee producing areas in Flores, namely Bajawa and Manggarai. The Arabica coffee we sell comes from Flores Bajawa. For the type of Arabica, based on our research, Bajawa has a slightly better quality than Manggarai.

To continue to improve the quality of Flores coffee, the government has now routinely conducted training on coffee farmers in Bajawa and Manggarai. Now Flores coffee has proven to be one of the prima donna of arabica coffee in Indonesia. Another advantage of Flores Bajawa coffee is that most of the plantations they have are organic.

Flores Bajawa coffee has a unique aroma and taste. From the green bean, the common Bajawa coffee also has a characteristic, which is rather bright yellowish in color, and has a large seed size. The Flores Bajawa Arabica Coffee that we sell has chocolate flavor, fruity and sweet aroma.
